No Worries! is a scheme for young people-friendly sexual health services in South Gloucestershire.
The No Worries! Scheme aims to make it easier for you to get relationships and sexual health advice and services. We train staff all over South Gloucestershire to be able to offer you confidential advice about sex and relationships, to give you free condoms, and to tell you where confidential specialist sexual health services are in your area.
Even if you are under 16, all of the services listed here are free and confidential (unless you are in danger) go to the No Worries! website.
The scheme has been developed by South Gloucestershire Teenage Pregnancy Partnership, which includes representatives from South Gloucestershire Council, the Primary Care Trust, Brook Young People's Clinic, North Bristol Trust, Connexions, and other voluntary organisations.
Did you know.....? Free condoms are available at all the No Worries! young peoples drop-ins and sexual health clinics listed on the No Worries! leaflet as well as many doctors surgeries.
You can also buy condoms in pubs, clubs, supermarkets, petrol stations, chemists and pharmacies. Condoms are the only contraceptive method that protects against sexually transmitted infections (STIs) as well as pregnancy.

If you are under 20 you can now get free condoms from a wide range of venues through the South Gloucestershire C-card scheme.
To get a C-card you will need to go to one of the C-card registration points across the area .
You will have a confidential chat with a trained C-card worker, who will explain the scheme, teach you the best way to use condoms and answer any questions you might have. You don't need to give your name and they won't tell your parents or carers that you have been to see them. Publicity about the new C-card will be displayed in youth centres, GPs and other suitable venues
