Bringing services closer to you
We want to bring health services closer to local people by delivering more primary and community based services closer to where people live.

With the new community health centre and integrated children’s centre we will do just that. The following services will be available:

• The West Walk GP Surgery
• Therapies including occupational therapy, physiotherapy and speech and language therapy
• Community services including podiatry, dietetics, sexual health and community dental services
• Minor Injuries Services
• Minor surgery
• X-ray and ultrasound services
• Outpatient appointments for breast care, cardiology, diabetes, ENT, gastroenterology, paediatrics, respiratory medicine, urology, musculoskeletal, gynaecology, pain management, ophthalmology and dermatology.

Children’s Services (from NHS and South Gloucestershire Council) including education welfare, specialist health service therapies, midwives, health visitors, school nurses, early years, social services and Connexions.
