Health and Social Care Needs Assessment – This document provides an assessment of the health and social care needs of the local population and will be used to help plan future health services.

Thornbury Locality – The Emerging Themes – This paper is the result of work to test the clinical, operational and financial viability of any future health services for Thornbury. This is to ensure that all future health services are delivered in a way that is safe for patients, that there are sufficient patients to run the services without undue delays and that the income generated by the services covers the cost of running them. The paper proposes future health services for Thornbury.

NHS South Gloucestershire is now working up a business case on these proposals and will be engaging with the general public and local stakeholders as this work progresses.
